Princes Wharf Shed 22 retail level has restaurants occupying their tenancies on Auckland’s waterfront. Every great city has a restaurant which is synonymous with it. For Auckland, that restaurant is Euro.
The very essence of a modern classic, Euro’s waterside location alludes to the exclusive use of the freshest and finest local seafood, produce and ingredients. As with the worlds other great dining experiences, Euro’s talented team required a genuine sense of something special shared.
Euro was designed for Nourish Group and new innovative chef Gareth Stewart. Comfortable subdued lighting comprised of backlit warm LED lighting behind perforated metal column cladding and includes commissioned NZ Designer lights with hand-blown midnight black glass. Select dark walnut stained timber ensured a warm cohesive feel created by Studio Design + Architecture’s designers while also enhancing the warmth with associated procurement of quality Italian and Scandinavian selected seating.
Varying disciplines within the practice enabled co-ordination of Electrical, Hydraulic and Fitout package.
Studio Design + Architecture’s designers skill at novel furniture procurement within an extremely tight programme set by the client, culminated in the unique look and feel of the restaurant and exceeded client expectations.
